CANNONFIT CLASS INTEREST

We are thinking about adding a few classes to add to our programs and need your feedback. The classes that are being tossed around are below...Please send a quick email of any class you have any interest in to chad.cannonfit@gmail.com so we know how much interest there is before we decide to add any of them to our programming. Thank you. 

Live Inspired Fit Camp
This class would be for the average 40-60 year old male or female that wants to stop feeling sorry for themselves and feels like getting moving again, or the person that wants to leave their Dadbod or Mombod in the past and move onto a better looking, better feeling, better performing body, or for the person that is sick and tired of being sick and tired and wants to be empowered by a community of growth minded people to work hard and feel better.This would be a 45-60 minute class full of cardiovascular fitness building, total body strength and endurance, functionality, empowerment, encouragement, FUN, FUN, and MORE FUN! There will be a fun group warm up, a push-pull component, a lower body component, a core component, a motor skill component, and a cardiovascular fitness component. 
ALL ages and fitness levels will be accepted, unless you have an injury. 


Stretching - Mobility Class
This class would mainly be for the 40-60 year old male or female that has lost flexibility (range of motion in the muscles) and loss of mobility (range of motion in the joints, usually from non use or past injuries). This is one class that almost everyone needs. This class will be an uncomfortable yet relaxing class. We will move the body in ways you probably haven't moved in a long time, but need to. This class will also help those that are in pain be in less pain, as that is one of our main goals.
ALL ages and fitness levels will be accepted, unless you have an injury. 


Yoga - Pilates 
This will be in a quiet, peaceful setting that combines physical movement with meditation and calm breathing exercises. This class would be to improve muscle strength, balance and flexibility skills.
