*If your total is 46-50 you are doing very well! Keep doing what you are doing!

 

*If you scored 41-45 you are on the verge of greatness. A few tweaks here and there on the things you scored lower on and you'll be there.

 

* If you scored 36-40 you need to be aware that you are most likely on a downward spiral more than almost doing well. It is time to think about your health as an issue and would be wise to start a commitment of consistency workouts, better eating, and supplementation. It would also be a good idea to start thinking about getting a health coach.

 

*If you scored 35 or under you are not in a good place and honestly you need help getting to a better place health wise and probably mentally. This is the point you should seriously consider a health coach. A health coach is someone that will be with you along your journey to healthier living. Someone that will guide you with better nutritional habits, better  sleep habits, better work habits, better mindset habits, better accountability, and better physical activity habits. This is what I do and I would be glad to help you if you are ready and willing to be helped and ready to make a change.
